Get a kissable lips

Shape up your lips - Lining your lips is probably the most important step for creating plump, noticeable lips. Lip liner is not only a great way to define and accentuate your lips, but it also keeps your lipstick from feathering.
1. Begin by applying lip liner at the center of your upper lip line defining the bow then work towards the outer corners to complete the line.
2. Then, start at one corner of your bottom lip and follow your natural lip line all the way to the other corner.
3. To get plumper, pinker looking lips do not draw a hard lip line; instead, smudge it so your lips look fuller.
4. To avoid lipstick on your teeth, put your index finger in your mouth and then draw it out slowly with your mouth closed.
Perfecting that pout - What type of effect are you looking to achieve – creamy, sheer, or glossy?
1. Apply the color of your choice onto the center of your lips, blending up and out to the lip line and always working back towards the corners. For a longer lasting color, gently blot with tissue, reapply lipstick and blot again.
2. For evening wear, remember to select lipstick one or two shades deeper than your daytime color.
3. For a creamy effect, apply a lip balm to lips before applying lipstick.
4. For a matte effect, apply lipstick then blot gently with tissue.
5. For a sheer effect, apply lip balm, then gently dot a small amount of neutral color lipstick across lips and smooth it out.
6. For that glossy effect, apply lipstick then finish with a clear or neutral color gloss coat for a moist, seductive shine. Always remember that the more coats you apply, the more your lips will shine.
Smooth, soft, and supple - Attractive lips are soft and supple, so remember to keep your lips silky smooth. The key to achieving this is the right balance of care and conditioning.
1. For smooth, soft lips, take a clean damp washcloth and gently rub lips for 60 seconds before applying lipstick.
2. For touch-ups during the day or night, carry a soft toothbrush in your handbag or makeup kit. Be sure to brush your lips gently.
3. Apply a lip balm or conditioner throughout the day to keep lips hydrated and protected from the sun's harmful rays.
If you make an effort to protect and care for your pucker, kissable lips will be yours in no time. Swipe on a little of that gloss and the boys will be begging to plant one on you. That’s not just lip service!
